Sandcastle Condominiums Unit 407

Dreaming of an island getaway? Well, Sandcastle Condominiums has the right spot for you! Unit #407 is a luxurious condo beach view condo with sleeping accommodations for up to 2 guests. This lovely, open-concept design has 435 square feet of space to enjoy for short term stays. With wall-to-wall windows, a private balcony and gorgeous décor, be sure to act quick and book today!

This oasis is complete with everything you need to enjoy your getaway. The kitchen area is full of cookware, utensils and dishes you will need to easily prepare meals during your stay. The newly upgraded, stainless steel appliances include a dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, blender and stove. For extra storage, there are plenty of drawers and cabinets, and even a double sink to make clean-up a breeze! For dining, there is a dining table with 2 chairs.

For sleeping accommodations, there is a queen-sized bed and guests will be delighted to know that they can relax to a gorgeous sunset.

The living space has two electric reclining chairs and a large flat-screen television with High-Speed Fiber Internet.

Step out of the sliding glass door and onto your very own private balcony, complete with Gulf and pool views.

The bathroom is very spacious and has a multi drawer vanity with stunning granite countertops and bright lighting. For bathing, guests can utilize the large, walk-in shower. Should guests need more storage space for luggage or personal items the bathroom also has two closets.

Sandcastle Condominiums is Port Aransas' largest, premier condominium destination. Our amazing amenities include: a lagoon-style pool and 2 hot tubs, free parking and wi-fi, exclusive access to the Port A Beach via the Boardwalk, and so much more. The island is calling!

Large dissapointment

I checked into Sandcastle on Saturday evening. I had to step over a pair of men's BVD's to get to the check in desk. Even though they had given me a card detailing how to check into the internet, I was not able to sign in or connect the TV. I finally called the front desk and was told "it had been out all day." They didn't know when it would be up and there was not manager on duty I could talk to. I was told they would be in Sunday morning. The manager did not show Sunday, so I was pushed off until Monday. The assistant manager I talked to told me the internet was off as of Thursday morning, and the repairman scheduled for Monday morning did not show. The boardwalk to the 'exclusive' beach was not available to me as I was using my walker and it contained at least five sets of stairs. There were two elcetric recliners in the room. I had to use one as my luggae rack as they did not have one, and the other did not work. The pillows on the bed were the softest I've ever seen, and when I asked for a firmer one for my arthritis, I was told 'I don't think we can do that'. Housekeeping did make two firm pillows, and they worked well. When requested, they did not send me a copy of the contract. I reccommend everyone to be very careful before booking this facility.

Nice 1 room condo in Port A

The is a very clean room, great view of beach, and easy access to beach. Queen bed had memory foam topper that was not comfortable for us, always slid off on one side. Nice lounge chairs but could only plug one in, other plug did not reach the already full outlet. But would use this facility again, front desk very welcoming, nice pools and hot tubs on property

Great Birthday Weekend in port Aransas

Great property for a couple on a weekend getaway. The check in process was time consuming and inefficient but most everything else was great. Property was clean but sand on the floors even before ever going to beach. We would have appreciated more than two bath towels for a 4 day stay. As it’s on the coast ….. trying to dry a towel to reuse was challenging . Non stick cookware would be great ….. at least one to cook eggs and breakfast. It’s more of a hotel with cooking abilities than a typical VRBO. Looking forward to coming again.

Overall wonderful

Loved how the decor was classic, not kitschy. Such a great update. Perfect location. Loved the hose outside the elevator too. Two suggestions - more towels (there were two for two adults for three nights/four days), and runners on both sides of the bed to catch any sand before getting it in the bed, and in front of both doors. Just need somewhere to catch the sand instead of tracking it everywhere. Would definitely stay here again :).
