Lovely Stay

We had 3 families stay and we had the best time and plenty of room. All the rooms were clean and had comfortable beds. The location was perfect for the beach and is right next to the bridge over. We loved the community pools and the private pool at the house.

Perfect House!!

We would not change a thing! All the furniture was very comfortable. All the cookware was top notch & kitchen is nice & big. Ice maker was a huge plus! Pool was nice to have for privacy. Great location to people watch as it is right by the beach walk over but you will hear golf carts all hours of the night. Renting a golf cart is a must.

Last beach trip of the Summer

4 couples with 4 children under 8. The house fit the whole group with room to spare, the house was as you'd expect from a house of this size and beautiful condition. Highly recommend. In an effort to list the good with the bad, the only bad was the lack of trash cans, trash bags, and removal of the last tenants trash. Aside from that, which was not the biggest of problems - absolutely amazing.

Perfect Beach House

We celebrated our 30 year wedding anniversary in this beautiful beach house. It met all our expectations! The amenities were excellent as the kitchen had everything possibly needed for our meal preparation. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable each with private bathrooms. Lots of outdoor decks and great personal pool. All in all, we had every need covered for our week beach stay at this lovely home.

Great Views

Thank you for sharing your home and the personal touches (welcome bag) made a difference. The house was perfect. We were twelve and had so much space. We didn't feel we were in each way and we all had our getaway nook to partake in the views - sunrise, sunset, and ocean. Only a 3 minute walk to the beach. We loved not having to spend on golf cart. So very relaxing.

Wonderful beach home

We loved our stay at The Coast is Clear in Palmilla Beach Resort. The home was so lovely, and everything from the beds. linen, furniture, to the kitchen ware was top quality. The huge master/en suite was on the 2nd floor with the kitchen and living room. 4 bedrooms downstairs, including a 5-bed bunkroom with attached living area with sofa and tv, made it perfect for the kids to enjoy their shows. The home was perfectly located, just steps from the beach boardwalk, making our access to the beach with our golf carts so close and easy. The home offered very nice views of the ocean from the 2nd floor deck. The crows' nest view was really amazing. Having our own pool really elevated the experience. This pool was really nice with its built-in loungers and flowing jets of water from the stucco wall, and was shaded by the house in the afternoon. We had gotten some misinformation from Vacasa about supplies in the house. The kitchen is well-stocked with spices, salt and pepper, foil, etc. There is also a pack n play provided, so we brought a lot of things we didn't need. Vacasa responds quickly to texts; however, it is automated response, so there were several times we never got an answer to our inquiry, just an automated response, asking if there was anything else they could help us with. They were helpful overall. We were disappointed that both pools at Palmilla Resort do not allow any food or drink brought in from the outside because they have a bar and one can order food there. I think they provide water. That gets very expensive with 13 people. We did not use the pools and were happy to swim and sun in our own pool.
