Welcome to Paradise! Nestled in downtown, right at the foot of the Conn Brown Harbor, you can park and walk to everything you need; grocery, restaurants, bars, shows, and of course fishing! This unit, located in the brand new Tropical Bay community, boasts both luxury and convenience. Granite countertops, brushed nickel hardware, grey wood look floors, stainless steel appliances, and designer shower tile adorn this coastal gem. Free WiFi, parking, and boat parking are also available on site.

Enjoyed the stay, just perfect for a couple get away

The place was very comfy, had everything we needed, ( batteries to remote were dead but had another remote to alternate the batteries but was not an issue for us) perfect place for a couple get away. Close to stores. & places to eat , would definitely stay there again, & recommend it. Quiet neighborhood. Thank you for making it a pleasant experience for us.

Awesome little one bedroom apt/condo, but lacking security, unable to use dead bolt on front door when leaving the apartment unattended is a major flaw for me, but over all I enjoyed my stay
