First it was supposed to be a pay at property but they ran my credit card before my arrival, was shown on the expedia website a pool and nice amenities. Upon arrival was informed that they haven't had a pool since 2020 and the first floor and lobby was under construction and remodeling. It was a eyesore and very untidy and no air-conditioning in the lobby it was very hot and uncomfortable while checking in. I paid $135 for this kind of service and was only given a $20 key credit for future reservations by customer service. It would have been nice for a partial refund or a free or discounted stay in the future. I use expedia reservations and trips often and felt undervalued as a client or patronage. It makes me wonder if they value their clients and really check out the business they represent and offer to stay at as being reputable and really offering what they say rhey offer after all it's not exoedia's money being spent it's the client's but it is expedia's reputation at stake if the businesses are really offering or being above board on what they say they have or are offering guests.
