Perfect anniversary weekend

We picked this stay to celebrate my parent’s 40th wedding anniversary. Even with the Babes on the Beach occurring over the weekend right next door, our stay was quiet, relaxing, and absolutely perfect. We had everything we needed to cook our meals, relax in comfort, and enjoy beautiful Rockport. 10/10 would stay here again.

We loved the location and being right next to the pool was great. The downstairs bedroom and bath was perfect for my daughter, son in law and grandson. The pool was dirty when we arrived but was taken care of quickly.

Nine friends stayed here. Everyone had a very comfortable bed. Great location and very clean. Would highly recommend. No elevator. Steep steps. Good exercise. Wish there was a hot tub. Will book again.

Perfect, for our reunion, in every way

In town for a family reunion. Place was close to everything in Fulton with wonderful pool, walking distance to pier and waterfront. House was new, comfortable, well furnished and spacious. Nice pool and deck, we hope to comeback when weather was warmer so we could use them. Note most of the house is up 14 stairs from ground level, so stair climbing is required. One large bedroom and bath on ground level.

Great house for family

Loved the layout of the house. We had 3 families staying here with plenty of room. Lots of towels were left for us. Kitchen had basic pots and pans. I did take a couple of my own skillets as we were cooking meals for 9. House has coffee pot and blender - both great for a beach house. Pool was enjoyed every day. Had some issues with dishwasher but maintenance came right away and fixed.
