Both entry doors are handicap accessible, for wheel chair entry. The 1st floor has 2 King suites and a game room with kitchenette, dining area, HDTV, and queen sleeper sofa. The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms, including 2 king suites that share a 10' deck facing the Gulf. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms share a full bath. 1 has a King bed, the other has 2 bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. The upper 3rd floor has Gulf views and a large open living area, that includes dining, kitchen, and a 1/2 bath. The dining area is designed with 2 large tables that combined provide seating for up to 20 guests + 6 additional seats at the granite island. The ample kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is ideal for entertaining. The HOA does not allow boats or trailers. A maximum of 5 cars can be parked at this home. Sorry, no pets allowed.
