This condo was a perfect fit for my family. Very well stocked and a really good location for easy convenience to everything. Will definitely be back again!

Nice Condo

Condo was decorated beautifully and the location was great. Quiet complex with easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.The only slight issues were the property could have been cleaner at check in and with the rain, the WIFI and backup WIFI were out for 2 days. This made it hard to relax and watch TV after a long day at the beach because all the TVs are smart TVs. Be sure to have your Roku log in handy if you have one to make access to the TVs easier. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

nice place but leaky!

Nice location and floor plan; there is a long standing water issue with the upstairs bath which needs to be resolved; the house smells kind of moldy!

Beach time

This property was very clean and well stocked. Floor plan was ideal for multi generations. My only suggestions would be blackout shades for upstair bedroom due to garage lights from other units also an inside broom would be great

Great Stay

We enjoyed this property. The house was nice and clean and the kids enjoyed the pool on the property. Port A is great because you can drive on the beach which means carrying all the things to the beach is super easy. This house also had beach chairs, canopy and even body boards in the garage area.

Another fun weekend at the beach!

Avantstay certainly steps it up as a property group. Great welcome package and the house was clean and nice. Loved having access to a garage and storage for our beach things. Great parking for multiple cars and the location being on 11th st gives great access and is just minutes away from everything on the island. Will seek out avantstay properties any time we rent moving forward.
