The property was fabulous and the workers for the property were awesome. Suggestions for the property: extra blankets, hat and beach towel rack, master shower drain is clogged so we could not even use it, refrigerator leaks water, cable was not hooked up in master, entry rugs to catch sand.
Property management: 3:30pm and no text was sent as to when property was ready. Check in was guaranteed for 4pm...did not happen. Very unorganized and other guests not happy with check in process either. We were given wrong gate and door code. Called 5 times and management still would not answer. Had to drive back to location... no apologies from management. The Port A Escapes property management should be paying for guests first night if they can't get their process in order. Manager told me they were busy from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Said she had lived in Port A all her life and didnt know that hundreds of people were coming into town for a particular event that has been scheduled same time for the last 5 years. Extremely poor planning if this is their busy time of year.
