“When we got to the security gate, they informed us that we were supposed to check in the next day. (Even though we presented the booking dates to them. We were told this wasn’t the first time this has happened). This was very stressful as we traveled a good distance to stay here. After some time, the caretaker was able to come and do a quick clean of the place from a previous guest. The living room and bedrooms were pretty comfortable and had a lot of space for storing your things……

“The place was as described, clean, and comfortable. The check-in was smooth and the host was communicative. I would definitely stay there again.”

“We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. I even left my cell phone and property person told me and made it easy for me to have someone come and retrieve it.”

“-No water in the evenings-House is hot like fire -1Room cold as ice- 1 bed is so high ”

“The rental was smaller than it appeared on the site, thus not as much room to move. The rooms were cool for relief from the temperature outside. There was no soap in the bath or towels/cloths. There were no paper towels in the kitchen. While I realize this is not a hotel, I've stayed at this type just two weeks prior and had the amenities mentioned. I understand there was a hurricane a few months back, but I did not see any notice of the water or use of the water. The hosts did provide some……

“Very cool place to stay. Very few minor issues, communication was great. Any real issue we had was not reflective on the property, if you ever drove in Jamaica roads are a little bit rough and the one going up to the property is a little rough but not impossible by any means. The view is amazing the place is clean and the AC in the bedroom works amazing. We had an issue with the gas for the stove, but that might have been more of a user issue than anything else. Everything else worked out fine.”

“I was unable to use the accommodation because there was no one there to welcome me and they didn't answer the phone; consequently, I couldn't get in and had to look for somewhere else to stay.”

“Kadean is the best!.. very helpful everyday of my stay..”

“The house/property was beautifully set out and clean.A larger frying pan and possibly an electric toaster in the kitchen would be a welcomed addition as we did a lot of cooking.Private parking with remote controlled automatic gates making the whole stay feeling safe and secure. As mentioned by a previous guest, having the house number on the auto gates would be good as we also had difficulty finding the property.Only 20mins from Sangster International Airport so it wasn't a long journey once we……

“Shannette was very good in responding to all of my calls, questions and she got all my issues resolved quickly..”
