“I didn’t like the fact that reception is closed at 6 o’clock and being in a hotel I would have thought it would’ve been open longer. The bedrooms were tired and bathrooms could’ve done with decorating, Breakfast was very poor cost us €60 for two adults two small children had to ask for bread,butter,plates, coffee apple juice and milk was in cartons there was three pieces of streaky bacon well done and the scrambled egg have been in there for God knows how long.We was only allowed one hot……

“There are some big positives to this hotel but also some things to be aware of. Positives: -The owners (British husband and French wife) are delightful, friendly and helpful - The secure car park is a big plus in Epernay - it’s a nice 30 minute walk into town along the Avenue de Champagne - Breakfast is included and is good and varied -there is a nice lounge with a fire to sit in Things to note: - the walls are paper thin and you can hear every conversation or noise from not only the rooms……

“We stayed in a superior double and it was very well appointed. Vaulted ceiling as using roof space, quality furniture and comfortable. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was plentiful and to a very high standard. The breakfast room is delightful and everything is beautiful, well considered and of a high quality. Antiques and curios in abundance.”
