"This house was perfect for our stay in Erie. Gathering for my parent's memorial service, we needed multiple houses in Erie to help accommodate our family and Janelle's properties were ideal. Not only was this house located with a beautiful view of Lake Erie, but it had an open floor plan that was perfect for our traveling guests. "We had a wonderful time at Karen and Tim’s property it was everything we wanted and needed it to be. If you are looking for history this house has so much history. The host’s were fantastic and the house was great, well stocked, clean,and what a great location. Would recommend it to anyone. Our whole family had a great time ages 2-60+. Will definitely go back. "We really enjoyed Four Seasons Lodge! The location for skiing, was excellent! The bunk in the basement for our 5 grandchildren ages 4 - 10 was ideal, and loads of fun for these "cousins" to all be together. Wonderfully appointed kitchen! The two family rooms makes spreading out indoor activities quite easy. Plenty of beds, towels, blankets, etc. Very welcoming! Can't say enough good about the host! Our communications were timely and most helpful! Thank you Rick!"

"There’s so many things to love about this Lakehouse. It’s right on the water so you get to see everything from the inside if the weather is too cool to be outside. Plus, there’s plenty of yard space for corn hole and bury fire pit. There’s a gas grill on the property so we were easily able to pair meals every night plus a full kitchen. This is our go to for when we want to stay at Lake Chautauqua!"
