「Very clean, great check in clerk! I particularly appreciated the good coffee in the room and the excellent fresh coffee maker (each cup from freshly ground beans) coffee maker in the lobby.」

「The ad said that breakfast was included. My confirmation email said it was "light" breakfast. I was ok that this cost $25 more than other places with no breakfast. However, I was lured in by the breakfast and bait and switched with this supposed light one. The juice machine was broke, and the only food available was oatmeal packets. I've had places that had light breakfast but this was completely misleading and I won't ever go there again.」

「The room was very clean and the Front Desk Staff very helpful, the kitchen in the room was accommodating even though it was not what we asked for and the location of our room was great.」

「The indoor pool area needs a good cleaning and the hot tub was barely even warm. The room/suite was spacious, but all items in our room were very worn. The bed was comfortable, tho! Breakfast was good- typical items including waffles, eggs, bacon etc. 」

「There had been no water since Monday and we had no idea when we checked in Friday. Once I took a cold shower, we checked out and went elsewhere. But the staff was so kind and so helpful! Maria was absolutely amazing at the front desk. If they get the water fixed, we will stay there in the future.」

「Nice place, great outdoor patio with fire pits and indoor and outdoor pools. Relaxing. The room and hotel were very clean and the staff members were efficient and friendly. Breakfast was decent.」

「Great room with one design issue, no complaints at all about the service or anything else. The only thing that was an issue is the road noise, it's next to the highway and people were revving their engines all night with the room not designed to block any of it. 」

「Gym was small but fine, the water dispenser don’t work. I did tell the staff, but it wasn’t fixed by the time we left. The milk in the kitchen was expired. I let somebody know, he did end up changing it. Twice there was nobody at the front desk. I waited for quite some time and still nobody showed up. I think they are sorely understaffed at that the best western. I only found one ice maker on the first floor and there was an open pipe behind it so it stunk like sewage. Also we had a room...

「The temperature of room would not stay consistent. The pool was lacking. Both the keys stopped working and had to be rekeyed. The breakfast was decent but not great and coffee was not very good. They charged us an incidental fee that was not disclosed to us upon booking so our stay was more then we budgeted for. The hotel itself just seemed run down and we thought being a marriot brand it would of been better.」
