“We were here for a Reds game, we live about 40miles away but decided to make a weekend of it. Had a great time this is our first time staying here. The price is higher than the other hotels in the area. And you're not getting anything more than you can get from the surrounding hotels. It is a slight bit more convenient but that is about it. The hotel itself is nice and clean the staff was nice and valet was fast.”

“What a wonderful hotel with wonderful staff! Daniela at the bar was amazing! People come from other hotels when she’s tending bar just to see her and we can see why. So warm and welcoming and just a beautiful person. Milton was the man as well. Very clean and smells so good when you walk in. We will be back for sure! ”

“I liked that the property was newer and very clean and comfortable. I liked the personal care items that were in the restroom. The bed was comfortable, but soundproofing in the room as minimal. We could hear everything that was going on. Other guests were not loud, but random noise was loud.”

“The lobby is very nice, updated, and welcoming. Easy check-in and their 24-hr market has lots of great food options! The pool and outdoor deck are great! Unfortunately, the 2nd floor open space was very dirty and furniture was worn out. I found a nook to sit and read, however it appeared the area hadn't been vaccuumed or taken care of in months! It definitelly is a looked over spot. I would never have a wedding or large even there in that condition! The room was clean and large. Something in the……

“All employees was nice .. only issue I had was at midnight I asked for some dry cereal for my 3yr old autistic granddaughter cause she wouldn’t eat anything an they told me no , we had to wait till breakfast.. other than that it was nice clean an everyone else friendly an went above an beyond ”

“Staff were very nice. Facilities were clean. Breakfast was good. Wish we had more towels in our room it was only stocked for two. But getting more wasn't an issue. We did have a minor issue with the shower curtain it was almost to short to properly close, but that is nitpicking. Hh”

“6年前来过，总体变化不大，但是从万豪变成索内斯特管理，软件还是查了一点，拖鞋，洗漱用具都没了，厨房设施也少了锅子，总体有明显退步。设施开始有点老旧了。该更新了。”
