“War super”

“A nice family hotel with comfotable room having balcony with good view, and delicious meal at relatively cheap price. Staff are friendly, attentive and helpful.”

“Very helpful staff, nice place.”

“Just an amazing resort. All exceeded expectations breakfast, room, pool area, lake beach and fitness room. Can’t wait to go back . Fredrik”

“Dejligt sted”

“Our experience at Hotel Steiner was unfortunately very disappointing. One of the main reasons we specifically chose this hotel was air conditioning, yet it did not work properly for a significant portion of our stay. Whenever we contacted the staff with a question or problem, they seemed unsure how to help and the response was almost always, “We will call you back.” To their credit, they usually did call back, but unfortunately the follow-up rarely provided an actual solution or a clear answer……

“There were three people of us and we stayed at Ideal Park for one week. The double room was great but the single room is rather too small. The free Wifi connection is a plus with great variety of breakfast and dinner that us to change the menu everyday. Receptionists were all very friendly and helpful. There was a supermarket and nice icrecream shop nearby. Direct bus to the city of Bolzano was also convenient, Overall, we liked the hotel and would definitely choose to come back next time.”

“Rezeption, Service alles Top ”

“One of the worst experiences. The hotel do not have the amenities they list on their page, and the hotel is completely run down. Avoid at all cost”

“Bra läge, fina rum med väldigt bra luftkonditionering och ljudisolerlng. Men märkligt med helt genomskinlig glasdörr till badrummet. Trevlig restaurang i gatuplan.”

“Alles Bestens”

“Beautiful hotel. Stunning location. Great pool area lovely terrace for breakfast. Staff were attentive especially Leonie on reception who was very patient with our poor German. She gave lots of useful information and directed when we needed help”

“Camera pulita , personale poco empatico tranne il ragazzo che girava tra i tavoli … il proprietario era poco socievole , colazione sterile minimal … posizione strategica per qualsiasi posto da visitare ! Consigliato per una vacanza”

“We liked everything about our stay. Mirko and the staff were very helpful. The room was very clean and very comfortable.”

“Helt, rent, och fräscht. Vi har bott här en gång tidigare för flera år sedan, och det var bra då också. Jag hann tyvärr inte med spa och bad, Vi åt en bra middag på kväellen och en god frukost på morgonen. Det finns bra parkeringsmöjligheter.”
