Cascina Teresina Monferrato Holiday House

Cascina Teresina Casa Vacanze is located in the hills of the Monferrato area of Asti.
Typical Piedmontese farmhouse with courtyard and barn and ancient cellars with exposed brick vaults. The structure dates back to the 1800s characterized by load-bearing brick walls of the era that preserve its summer freshness and winter warmth.
La Cascina overlooks the castle of Cortazzone and the pristine hills of Monferrato.
To fully appreciate the living room it is possible to use the outdoor garden equipped with dehor and barbecue. Ample parking
It is possible to arrange work shops of fresh pasta (orecchiette, agnolotti, gnocchi, tagliatelle, etc.) preserved with typical local products.
It is possible to use the structure for parties in the large living room and in the courtyard.
The structure lends itself well to hosting holistic activities and sports work shops (meditation, trekking, joga, muntan byke excursions, etc.).
Cascina Teresina is 20 minutes from Asti, 30 minutes from Roesro and the Langhe, 10 minutes from the Basilica of Giovanni Bosco, 40 minutes from Turin

Best trip ever!
We were a group of 9 girls and had the best 3 days staying here. Alessio and Anna were incredible hosts and so helpful when we asked about arranging activities and taxis. It was a joy to stay here and we all said we’d love to go back. Only problem was we didn’t stay long enough and were all sad to leave. Thank you for having us ☺️

Casa grande ed arredata con molto gusto. Completa di tutto. Bella posizione con panorama sulle colline del Monferrato e molto tranquilla. Padroni di casa gentili e disponibili, molto discreti. Typical Piemonte Farmhouse
This is an attractive, roomy property that has been well-restored, with generous outdoor space to relax by the pool, sunbathe in the garden and eat under the shade. Alessio and Anna were kind and welcoming hosts: responsive to our needs and queries, providing some local information in English, offering us fresh eggs from their chickens and local delicacies. We can't praise it too highly.
