Located where the Aspen begin to grow, the property is nestled in the valley of the river and positioned conveniently near mountains and desert. Durango, Telluride and the Four Corners are all about an hour's drive. Fish the recently improved habitat of the West Dolores River on our property. Hike nearby trails like Bear Creek, Lizard Head, or Hope Lake. Mountain bike at Boggy Draw or Phil's World Bike Trails. Experience Mesa Verde and Canyon of the Ancients nearby. Immerse yourself in nature, watch wildlife, and fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the river just outside your bedroom window. Unplug and unwind in our little valley.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
When you leave please leave heater on. Do not turn off box. Set thermostat to 58 degrees.
Please leave towels hanging in the bathroom so they do not mold.
Please put out all exterior fires. Ensure the grill is clean with its gas supply turned off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
