“Had difficulty finding office since it was at a different property. Received check in notification of where office was located after we arrived and called to find out where to go. However, accommodations were fabulous. Would have liked a microwave in the room.”

The villas are absolutely beautiful with everything you can imagine. Top of the line everything in the kitchen and baths. Nespresso machine, blender... added to the enjoyment. “Fantastic 60s style motor lodge. Our room was maybe 100 yards from accessible private beach of white sand and aqua blue clear water. Saw several dolphins . Room was very comfortable. We were in the studio because only two of us. Queen bed also had pulldown murphy bed. Sitting area, sm breakfast area and kitchenette. The freezer was great to always have ice without going out for it. They sell ice also for $3 a bag. We sat on balcony and looked out at the pool and the Gulf. The had beach chairs,……

“The Mermaid was perfect for us; clean, well equipped, great location to Siesta Key Beach (4-5 minute walk), heated pool, they supply beach chairs - umbrella - beach towels - wagon. It had everything you need. The Siesta Key Island Rental team were outstanding to deal with, from start to finish their communication was perfect. We will be back! ”

“House was very close to beach perfect walk. House was equipped with everything we need and very clean. The only thing is I have older kids age range 16-22. So when we got there they were disappointed in the twin beds when the picture showed bunk queens. So our youngest had to suffer whom is very tall. Other than that absolutely perfect. Maybe update your bedroom description it’s a key thing when trying to provide the right size beds for everyone in your group. ”

This home offered unlimited activities, you would never have to leave if that’s what you are looking for. Our host was incredibly kind and offered several recommendations for local dining and activities. We were blessed to spend our family time in this home and hope to come back! ”

“Booked a two night, weekend stay. the “property” is an abandoned vessel moored about 200 yards off shore accessible by watercraft only. No running water. ‘Water provided’ for personal hygiene and sanitary uses consisted of six sixteen ounce bottles and one 1 gallon jug half full. The onboard toilet was inoperable and ‘maintenance’ never arrived to remedy the situation. Spent the first night with the smell of human waste in the air. “The Inn on Siesta Key was awesome. Paige and Gabe were friendly and always helpful and they provided everything you would need for the beach. The property was clean and well maintained. The beach is literally across the street with a 3 minute walk. We will definitely be coming back. ”
