The House is located in Locality Alverà, in a high and very scenic area of Cortina d'Ampezzo.

A few steps from the bus stop and 1 Km from the centre of Cortina. The apartment is perfect for a family holiday or with a group of friends looking for comfort and space in one of the most beautiful and scenic areas of Cortina d'Ampezzo.



The apartment is located on the second floor and consists of a spacious living area with a dining table and chairs, a fireplace, two sofas and a bookcase with an LCD TV. Two large windows make the living room extremely bright and welcoming. Proceeding along the corridor, you reach the equipped kitchen with a cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. Following this, we find a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine and then in the sleeping area three spacious bedrooms. One room has been recently renovated and is entirely furnished in wood and has a private bathroom with a shower box, then we find another room with a comfortable double bed and finally a room with 2 single beds.

Available to guests is an external parking space in the courtyard below the house.

Altmodische Wohnung - schlecht angebunden

Altmodische Wohnung vollgestopft mit Bildern und Büchern. Leider kein Balkon. Im Vorort Alvera. Bushaltestelle nah aber Bus nach Cortina Zentrum nur alle Stunde/ist auch mal ausgefallen. Mit Wartezeit/Umsteigen in das Hauptskigebiet. Es ist sinnvoller das eigene Auto zu verwenden. Parkplatzsituation am Socrepes Lift schwierig. Alle anderen Parkplätze besser. Liftanlagen nicht auf dem aktuellen Stand. Ort und Skigebiet leben vom alten Ruf....Aufgepasst: Dolomiti4U: Anmeldung aller Teilnehmer mit Ausweisdaten zur behördlichen Gästemeldung vorab notwendig und um den Schlüsselbox Code zu erhalten. The location is great. The space of each bedroom are great. But as an apartment based on our experience, we thought the host would supply us some salt, sugar or cooking oil. But there was nothing. There was no microwave. And they just provided us two small soaps and four small bags of shampoo for four peoplex4 night stay. So we request more, but they never sent to us. We have to buy those staff ourself.

Une catastrophe !

Il faut féliciter le photographe pour la mise en valeur des pièces. La réalité c'est que l'appartement est très sombre (le soleil n'y pénètre, dans une seule pièce, que quelques minutes par jour) lumière électrique obligatoire toute la journée, froid (même avec une température extérieure très douce, supérieure à 25°, le chauffage s'est mis en marche) et vieillot (à l'exception d'une chambre). Dans une des deux chambres le lit double n'est pas équipé d'un sommier mais d'une simple planche avec un matelas plus tout jeune, attention au dos ! Dans la cuisine pas de cafetière hormis une Nespresso, pas de bouilloire et même pas de casserole à manche. Si vous voulez vous faire un thé, prière d'utiliser le fait-tout pour les pâtes. La machine à laver n'essore pas du tout, ce qui nous a conduit à chercher une laverie automatique à 10km. L'évacuation de la dite machine se fait, à l'ancienne, dans la baignoire - sauf que le tuyau n'y était pas positionné d'où débordement et court-circuit ! Et aucune information n'était donnée. Contrairement à ce qui est annoncé il faut 25mn à pieds pour rejoindre le centre de Cortina avec une portion sans trottoir ni bas côté sur une route très passante - à éviter la nuit. Quant à la vue panoramique elle est disponible au travers d'une fenêtre de 60cm de large .... A éviter de toute urgence ! Nous pensions que louer via Abritel nous offrait une garantie, nous avons plutôt l'impression de nous être faits arnaquer !

Hosts were very responsive via WhatsApp. Place was clean, comfortable, and safe. We did miss having a clothes dryer and wish it had a better view of the beautiful mountains. 4 minute drive into town where you could park and explore all of Cortina. I believe there was a bus stop directly across the street.
