Clean, Comfortable, and Oh So Cozy!

This was our second stay at The Pine Tree and it was perfect. The host is helpful and responsive and provides a clean, comfortable "home away from home". We look forward to a return visit soon.

Peaceful, tranquil, purfect 🐾

The place is exactly as shown in photos, super clean and has everything you’ll need and more. Jamie is a top host, always responds to questions quickly and has done so much to make your stay at her place the best. It was just the place my husband and pup needed for a relaxing weekend in the area!

Loved it!

This was my second stay at the Pine Tree, and I loved it even more than the first (I stayed here with my sister in April). As usual, the home was immaculate and well appointed. I enjoyed seeing the fall colors and discovering more about the area around Greek Peak.

Beautiful townhouse

Listing is very accurate. Nicely decorated and kitchen ware/supplies were the most plentiful we've ever experienced in a VRBO. Bed was very comfortable. Quiet end unit townhouse with walkable access to all of Greek Peak. We enjoyed our stay and will book again when we return to my hometown of Cortland.

Great getaway

We truly enjoyed our weekend at The Pine Tree. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and convenient. It was well appointed and provided all we needed to feel at home while away from home. We loved that our host stocked the kitchen with basic spices as well as coffee and tea. It was a quick and easy drive to SUNY Cortland. We hope to return to the Pine Tree in the near future.

Great Pine Tree Getaway

We stayed at Pine Tree Getaway for just about a month. Everything was as described in the listing. A great place for quiet, hiking, reading, and exploring. We were there for the he month of September. It was a very convenient location for us to visit friends and relatives. We would certainly stay here again. Jamie was an excellent host. She was extremely responsive throughout the entire VRBO process. That was much appreciated.

Nice place

A couple of extra touches were nice fancy coffee maker. Roomy, kids used 3rd bedroom up a steep ladder. Nice deck. Owner was very responsive. Don't use microwave and toaster at the same time

The condo was beautiful! The decor and furnishings are modern and well maintained. The surrounding area was so beautiful, and the local restaurants offered good food options. And the plus, Jamie was an amazing host! So responsive and helpful.

Brought daughter back to college

The property was spacious and clean. Would highly recommend if you need a place to stay in the Cortland area. It’s about 15 min from Campus.

A beautiful rental in a gorgeous location! We will definitely be back! Lots to do with trails, a water park, arcade and Hollenbeck’s close by. Our host was prompt and welcoming. Five stars!

A lovely stay!

We loved our stay at The Pine Tree! It is conveniently located 2 minutes from Greek Peak. The listing accurately described the property and its included amenities. There were lots of extra towels and extra blankets. We appreciated that each room had a fan for use. Having 2 full bathrooms was incredibly helpful for our family of 5. It was clean and spacious! Check in and check out was a breeze. The thought that went into decorating this place is admirable; we just love it! Next time we’re back in the area we’ll be staying here for sure!
