Lovely Apartment right on main town square

Large apartment perfect for a group or family with multiple children. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was very clean. Right on the town square, it's just steps to coffee/bar/food.

Best location in Cortona!

Great open spaces to relax and look over the very busy piazza of Cortona. You are just steps away from all the action. The apartment is very well appointed and Gloria will make sure your stay is perfect!

Cosy apartment feels like home close to everything

Loved staying here and would stay again. Simple furnishings but cosy vibe. Everything we needed was there and grocery shops, cafes and restaurants close by. Loved the neighbourhood. All the main sites in Florence to visit are within walking distance. We parked our car at garage within 100 metres (35 Euros per day) and only used it when we went out to visit countryside towns in Tuscany. There are others further away that are cheaper but this was more convenient for us. There are some stairs (one flight) to navigate but not really an issue. We stayed 4 nights and could have stayed several more days. Giovannella was a friendly knowledgeable host. Highly recommend her place.

Fantastic spacious apartment in the very best location. Very comfortable. Only thing we could have used were wastebaskets in bedrooms and bathroom on first floor. Will definitely stay again.

My family and staying at Appartamento La Piazzetta in Cortona for 8 days in October, 2019. We loved the stay in Cortona and the apartment worked out great for us. Kirsten & Alice helped us with the apartment rental and both were really great and helpful. While we didn't have any problems, they checked in on us and got us extra keys. Also Kirsten even help us bring our luggage up the hill. The apartment location was excellent. There is a great restaurant literally at the doorstep. The apartment is just off of the main square and on the main level street. It is so easy and convenient to walk to shopping and restaurants. One caution is that on some morning there was some noise from the streets as the apartment balconies opened right on to the square. But that didn't matter because loved stepping out our bedroom and seeing friends and family at the square below. Looking forward to the next time we can visit.

We were among friends. I adored the house. How perfect a Tuscan accommodation and on the piazza!!! This home is the quintessential central location, fully prepared to accommodate up to 7 people very comfortably and more with no problem. The structure itself is amazing and the furnishings delightful. The hosts were promptly available and enhanced our stay with assistance in obtaining drivers and tours outside the city. The apartment is provided with printed information to aid in your discovery of Cortona.
