"The Guesthouse is situated in a quiet suburbian part of Corroios and for once, available parking spaces. My room was a small minimalistic room, nothing in excess except a very nice welome tray filled with goodies. The room was very clean, quiet and close to the kitchen. More suited for one person rather than to at least for at shorter stay. Could be a good alternative for a business trip or a shorter educational stay."

"Hotel is in good shape w/good sized rooms but there is NO "garden" or any other kind of view. It's in a crap area surrounded by gravel pits & parking lots. Its the only/best choice in town for the Yard festival, so there's no point lying about their views when there really isn't any other decent place to stay. All rooms allow SMOKING on the lil balcony, so although the rooms are represented as "non-smoking" whether your room will reek of smoke depends exclusively on who stayed there before you, not what kind of room you booked. The spa is pointless; it has a pool & a jacuzzi, that's it. There are not many choices of where to eat in the area, but their downstairs bar has pretty good food. The outside pool is a nice hangout."

"The staff was amazing. Ines and Carolina were both fantastic. They were so helpful, kind and professional. We stayed there for 2 nights and the hotel is perfectly situated. The parking is not onsite but it is very close to the hotel. (2 minutes walk) so it is very convenient and cheap. You pay 3.40 euros for 24 hours. There is also Padaria Portuguesa attached to this hotel so all the food comes from there. Its amazing and very affordable. Lastly, after leaving the property and arriving at our next destination in the Algarve, we noticed that we had forgotten 3 jackets in the closet. The staff went out of there way to send our jackets to our location in Portimao. Both Ines and Carolina were absolutely fantastic and we just want to take a moment to acknowledge their hard work and strong work ethic and amazing customer service. In summary, i would strongly recommend this hotel. The hotel is stunning on the inside as well as on the outside. The interior deco and art is just spot on. We adored this small boutique hotel. It is truly a gem in Setubal."

"The view from the room was excellent, but divided by a big concrete structure, the room itself was really large, which was fantastic, but the floors were spongy by the patio doors and also outside the bathroom in the hall due to water ingress I’m sure. Unfortunately we didn’t a chance to use the upper level pool patio as there were five screaming kids that dominated what we were hoping was going to be a peaceful couple of hours. Instead, we retreated to a lower level deck where we could read our books in peace. That meant having to climb about 20 stairs back up if we wanted to take a dip."
