“The cleaning staff were very nice and efficient. The breakfast was lovely once we found the cereal ( it was in a cupboard shelf away from everything else) it took us 3 days, wasn’t totally keen on the cooked breakfast rather piled up and sat for a long time. The entertainment unfortunately was not for us obviously directed towards children our fault for booking in school holidays. The evening meal choice was a bit restricted our family who joined us for a meal did not think the service was……

“We had a wonderful stay at this spacious apartment with an ocean view. The view is absolutely spectacular and one of the highlights of our trip. The apartment is modern, new, very clean, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Overall, an excellent place to stay, we would happily return.”

“Excellent location, beautiful property, and affordable. Would like to come back but management communication tools must be used more effectively. Poor communication with reception caused duress and stress during our travel delay, as there was no way to determine if they could hold our room if we checked in late or a day later. I contacted them four times through the Expedia app weeks and days before arriving, and they did not respond at all. Three phone calls to reception went unreturned,……

“Room was very clean. It’s a ground floor apartment and can be a little noisy sometimes when people come in and out of the apartment block. The apartment is located a minute away from the Roman ampitheatre . 5min walk to the harbour front, shops and restaurants. There’s no view as it faces onto the street. Room facilities were good with the exception of the shower which we found difficult to regulate the temperature.”

“Our stay at Hotel Cristina was fantastic! It was a great location to go to the beach and the town of Los Alcazares. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was so nice and helpful, especially Jenny and Cristina herself. They helped us choose a tour of Mar Menor and where to eat. When we were leaving Los Alcazares, we could not get a taxi and Cristina personally arranged a ride for us! What a wonderful gesture. We highly recommend Hotel Cristina for the best hotel experience you could ask……
