「Our stay at Hotel Cristina was fantastic! It was a great location to go to the beach and the town of Los Alcazares. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was so nice and helpful, especially Jenny and Cristina herself. They helped us choose a tour of Mar Menor and where to eat. When we were leaving Los Alcazares, we could not get a taxi and Cristina personally arranged a ride for us! What a wonderful gesture. We highly recommend Hotel Cristina for the best hotel experience you could ask...

「Me sorprende que el hotel tenga 4 estrellas, no está a la altura de lo que se puede esperar. La limpieza es mejorable y el baño es anticuado. Tuvimos que solicitar que instalaran un monomando en la ducha ya que no tenía y el técnico de mantenimiento entró en la habitación sin nuestro permiso y nos llevamos un buen susto. Solo hay 3 ascensores, son lentos y 2 de ellos muy estrechos. Insuficientes para la cantidad de huéspedes. No hay ningún control en la zona de las piscinas y algunas personas...
