“Dirty marks on walls and around doors that I repeatedly complained about 3 days in a row but nothing has been done and no apology. So called fresh towels had bugs on them, took out the room to replace with staff, again no apology. Food quality and service needs improvement. “We stayed in a spacious room featuring a wide balcony equipped with two adjustable chairs, a table, and a convenient clothes drying rack. The room included a small refrigerator, which was effective for keeping drinks cold. Upon arrival, the hotel provided a complimentary bottle of wine.

“Clearly not a four star hotel, but was comfortable enough, food was okay if a little cold. Pool area clean and tidy, but you can’t have your own drinks, you have to buy theirs. A/C in room stopped working I had to ask reception 3 times for them to respond and fix but they managed eventually. Costs €50 for late check-out which I thought was quite pricey.”

“Single room was small but had a fridge, modern deco and excellent air conditioning.
TV did not have a good picture with interference. Of the three lights in the room only one was working. Only one available wall socket for charging phone etc.
Infront of the window was an air conditioning unit which buzzed and hummed throughout the day and evening. It didn't switch off until late at night.
Breakfast was very good with ample choice.
The pool area was nice but limited number of sunbeds……
