Nos dejaron entrar antes del horario, la habitación estaba limpia y cuando el aire no funcionó nos cambiaron enseguida a otra con mejor vista a la piscina y al jacuzzi, que los niños disfrutaron muchísimo. 「The hotel is not modern but has modern upgrades in the rooms and is right on the waterfront. It is the only property for about 4 km so a car is necessary (also needed for the beaches). The restaurant food is high quality. The staff were helpful and eager but they were understaffed while we were there, so seem rushed all the time. 」

「Parking lot is only a bared ground, creeps ask for money when we drove in. The room is big with a kitchen, good for a family travel. I phoned the reception for the wifi password and she ask me to go down and get it diretly. When I returned to my room, the wifi didn't work and I called the receptio again, that is when they told me the Wifi ONLY works in the lobby. 「Holiday Inn was situated on hillside, at a decent residential area but far away from the city centre. My room was at 21st floor and I could had a bird's eyeview on the beautiful scenery of Porto. Yet, traffic was not convenient. We had to go down the slope a little bit for taxi. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.
