Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres was a 10/10! The rooftop plunge pool room was amazing, the beach was beautiful, and the service was top notch. HIGHLY recommend the French restaurant for dining. All of the food was delicious and plentiful, but the Bistro was absolutely incredible. We will definitely go back to Majestic Elegance!

The hotel tries hard to keep sargassum with constant tractors. But it’s been too much for Cancun this summer they were affected by it. But the hotel makes up for the lack of clean ocean - not their fault- and delivers in every way.

The wifi/ internet could be improved, along with cell phone reception. Also TV channels could be improved. Everything was minor issues except pool bars being closed in adult VIP area Thursday thru Saturday. Most definitely will be back all in all 5star. Sergio our butler was great as well as the rest of staff.

The place is truly amazing. The food(steakhouse,Italian and hibachi) were one of the best in all inclusives I’ve been too. We had the elegance swim up suite which was a dream. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach. Our room was next to the theater so it was loud until 11pm. We counted 5 weddings the week we were there. There’s tons of activities, evening entertainment. Our butler Raphael was very helpful. I’d recommend the swim up room as the main pool is very small and usually crowded. Airport transfer took 45 minutes. Check in took 20. Beach was never crowded. It did have seaweed but they were cleaning all day.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome — warm smiles, helpful service, and smooth check-in made a great first impression. The amenities were top-notch — we especially enjoyed the infinity pool, relaxing spa treatments, and delicious breakfast buffet that offered a great mix of local and international options. The location was perfect for both relaxation and adventure. Whether we wanted to lounge by the beach, or take part in resort activities, everything was easily accessible. What really made the stay stand out was the attention to detail and hospitality. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable stay. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious escape. We can’t wait to come back again!

We went here for the 4th or 5th time. I can’t remember at this point, but it is always the most relaxing, professional, clean, friendly resort. This is a staple in our vacation options. Ruby was the best butler( still hate saying that word) We had her before a few years ago and told management and they actually went and found her to service us for our honeymoon. Ten stars!!!!!They went above and beyond to make our honeymoon so special. It literally gets better every time we go.

Me gustó mucho el personal es muy amable los shows espectaculares. Lo unico que no me gustó es que el área de la alberca es muy pequeña para tanta gente. Necesitan más personal en las áreas de bar. Los restaurantes muy bien variedad de comida y el personal delis restaurantes muy atentos.
