The food was excellent, but the wait at the restaurants was quite long. Having the buffet open for dinner would help alleviate the wait time. The check-in staff was only focused on selling an upgrade and was rude when told no. The rooms are very nice and clean, but NOT one hook or towel rack provided for towels, which conttradicts the hotel request to save water and reuse towels. Also, no shelf under the sink to store toiletries. The pools and beach were fabulous!

We stayed near the opening in December. It was great - food, accommodations pools and beach were all top notch…..and it was only open a week! Even though there were a few kinks, Joel was always there to assist us in any issues we may have had. He was proactive, efficient and empathetic. Without his assistance we would have not had as good a time as we had. People like Joel are rare. Thanks again.

Clean room but the closet smelt like mildew. The staff was friendly. Pretty beach and enjoy the amenities. Dinner was hard for us. We had a large party (12) and it was very hard to get a dinner reservation before 9:00 so we could sit together. A buffet dinner would have been nice. Overall, great experience. You’ll enjoy yourself!

Let me just say to book this resort! We have been to many adult AI and this is definitely one of the best. Pros-1. The Staff-Luis is an amazing employee who cares about the guests and making sure everything is top notch. Anni was our butler and she goes out of her way to make sure you have anything you could possibly need! Omar-bartender who is professional and knows his mixology for sure! Miguelina-was always keeping the lobby and restrooms sparkling clean! Our room cleaning crew-(we had priv master suite) was spotless everyday with sweet turn down service as well. Sad i didnt get their names. All of these staff members should get a promotion. If they lived in the states i would have them working at my company at the highest level. Customer service from all is top notch! 2. Activities-From during the day with pool aerobics, foam party, African show, pool casino, volleyball, pool relay games(all were so much fun) to night activities with burlesque show, Michael Jackson show, fire show, piano bar, karaoke, bowling, golf simulator. Always something fun going on! 3. Food-most was amazing! All the wait staff are working hard to please! Favs were Blue Moon-Italian-and Priv lounge! The buffet has a nice variety and the omelette chefs are top notch! 4. Rooms and grounds were beautiful. Con-it did not happen to us but to our friends.....they do not have enough rooms with king beds. Book here you wont be disappointed! Cant wait to go back!!!!!!

With the resort only opening in December, we were pleasantly surprised with our outcome of our stay! The resort is gorgeous! Food and drinks were good! Pools were amazing! Activities were fun! Beach was pretty but lots of seaweed, which you can't fault the resort for!

We had a wonderful experience. Stayed for 7 nights. Staff were amazing. Property was very clean and well cared for. Beach was nice and walkable. Could use a few more staff at the front desk. Our check in was flawless, but when needing something else, there was a wait. Only 1 staff. We thought the food was great.I never had anything that wasn't amazing! Maria, Activities staff, Louis activities, director and all of the staff around the pool were fun and engaging. Francisco was our pool waiter every day!! He was hilarious! Attentive! Wonderful!!

We had a beautiful 5th floor junior suite with an ocean view and overlooking the lazy river. Only problem was that our phone didn’t work but they sent a technician up promptly to rectify the situation. The pools, lazy river, activities, food and drinks were great! Few glitches but the staff more than made up for any of those minor imperfections. Our favorite restaurant was the Italian with our waiter Wilburth- he was perfect. Bowling, silent disco, foam party, volleyball, and crazy games with fun staff, especially Maria, at the pool. We would definitely come back here again-our favorite resort in all of Mexico.

This was a true adults only resort . You are not mixing with families at dinners, or sharing pools with children. We loved this! We didn’t have to get up early to secure seating. Staff were amazing, very clean rooms /grounds/beach. We would absolutely recommend this resort to any adult/couple. Our only concerns were ; 1- there was no dinner buffet option for those who couldn’t reserve a meal at one of the 8 restaurants. 600 rooms all fighting for reservations at 9am was not enjoyable for a number of guests. We were one of the privileged few that had ours booked every night. 2- the lazy river was amazing but only a few floaties were supplied by the resort. Pack your own with you.
