「Friendly staff 」

「Went with my husband for a night. Due to flight delays we arrived around 1 am at the hotel and we had to walk around buildings, with all our luggage, because the main building as locked. What?? Check-in in one building and then return to the main one. The amenities were very poor. Just a shower gel and a body cream.
