Idealer Rückzugsort

Cal Tio 1 ist eine wunderschöne kleine Ferienwohnung, die mit viel Liebe gestaltet wurde. Die typisch mallorquinische Bauweise der gesamten Finca mit Natursteinen und anderen Materialien der Insel, verbindet sich in der Einheit Cal Tio 1 perfekt mit modernem Komfort wie einem äußerst bequemen Bett und einer Regendusche. Insbesondere in den Morgen- und Abendstunden entsteht durch den Lichteinfall eine noch schönere Atmosphäre, die sich auch auf dem Grundstück fortsetzt, das ebenfalls einen sehr ursprünglichen Charakter besitzt und von Olivenbäumen gesäumt wird. Man kann hier fernab vom Massentourismus perfekt die Seele baumeln lassen. Dennoch sind es bei Bedarf nur 10 min mit dem Auto bis zum nächsten Supermarkt oder zur Autobahn, die einen beispielsweise in knapp 25 min nach Palma bringt. Was die Kommunikation betrifft, so verlief diese sowohl mit der YourHouse Group als auch mit dem Eigentümer einwandfrei. Der Eigentümer ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit und man fühlt sich als Gast äußerst willkommen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Der Pool ist super, viele Tiere auf dem Grundstück. Beim Duschen steht der halbe Badbereich unter Wasser Haken zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern fehlen.

Calme et Reposant

J'ai adoré l'appartement qui est dans une petite maison aménagé avec goût. On voit que c'est un vieux bâtiment avec de la belle pierre, qui a été très bien rénové. La piscine à débordement est magnifique, c'est calme et reposant. J'ai passé un très bon séjour qui m'a ressourcer en ce début d'année. Je recommande pour des vacances reposante, avec un livre au bord de la piscine à profiter du soleil et du chant des oiseaux.
