"Terrible check-in process (didn't receive the codes for access to the hostel and room, and host was difficult to deal with, insisting that the codes had been sent to me, but hadn't), but overall nice place in Lourdes within easy walking distance of the shrine and close to shops and train station. "

"Marleen and Raf were the perfect hosts. Anything we needed, booking restaurants, advice on places to visit, they did all this graciously. The property was exceptionally clean, the pool was spacious with plenty of sun beds, umbrellas and a lovely shaded pagoda area with further seating. Within the property, the shower needs some attention, the jets don't work, the seals are coming off and the water is not draining properly. The covers on the sofa and armchairs were quite stained and need...
