“We enjoyed our 2-night stay here very much. The hotel is located at the centre of the city, very close to the Collégiale Notre-Dame. The front door of the hotel leads to the underground lobby. The front desk staff was very friendly, warm and helpful, the check-in process was very smooth. Our room is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. The front desk staff was very helpful”

“An absolutely beautiful hotel with patient, kind world class staff and an amazing site - the pool is fantastic and the surrounding green space is absolutely wonderful. There's table tennis and petanque in the garden too.
Jean on reception was really amazing and managed to speak slowly in French so I could actually understand and respond in French! We were very grateful to have been upgraded to an amazing Junior suite with two patio areas - thank you so much!”
