"The room was lovely and cozy warm when we arrived. The service team followed through with our request for one room on the ground level to accommodate my mother who has difficulty walking up stairs AND placed a roll away bed in the second room. "A lovely stay. Car park was difficult to find, quite full. Entrance was also a little difficult to find, but once we did, the staff were lovely and accommodating. Lady from reception walked us right up to our room and welcomed us in. Made sure we were sorted for dinner plans etc. The standard room was great, very warm and cosy, lots of room. Bathroom was great and very clean. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic, we were given a menu with lots of good options. We went with toast and croissants to share, then eggs royale and poached eggs with avocado. Everything was cooked to perfection. Staff at breakfast were also lovely and very attentive and fast. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anybody. "
