“Great place to stay! Communication was great, beds are SUPER comfortable and the separate heating/cooling in each room is nice. The living room doesn't have enough seeing for it to be the hangout spot, so lots of kitchen conversations :) The piano was a fun addition and we had some fun musical moments. I would say the only thing lacking was towels (both kitchen and bathroom, there were only a few) and things like paper towels, scissors, etc. Stuff you don't think to pack but realize later that……

“If you want a house that is dripping in charm, check this one out. It's an adorable home with good juju that is only a few minutes walk to the heart of Phoenicia, including the lovely Esopus Creek, of which we provided a photo. We greatly appreciated the comfortable bed, as well as the sauna in the wellness room, and communication with the host was always clear and quick. Although we didn't cook much, the kitchen is thoughtfully appointed; we enjoyed the delicious coffee from the Nescafe……

“We had a great time staying here! The house is a gorgeous historic house with modern amenities. It was a short drive to Kingston which was super convenient. We loved that we could bring our dog with us as well. It is on a main road, but we didn't find that to be a disturbance at all. I would definitely come back here again!!”
