“Considering the affordability there’s not much to complain about, I found anything that was out of the usual expectation to be minor and excusable. Communication with management was easy and effective. Any maintenance issues that were brought to their attention were handled in an efficient and timely manor. “There was a bit of a hiccup in the check in process, but that was due to me not receiving the check in email. That was easily remedied through a short phone call though. The apartment was clean, and tidy. It worked well for our visit for family day and graduation.”

“The property was close to Ft. Sill which is what we wanted. The neighborhood was not very apealing. The apartment was dingy, musy and not well maintained and had dead bugs in the bathtub, sink, closet and in the freezer along with the bag of ice that was in the freezer. The outside of the apartments had linen from the laundry room all over the ground and the grate was torn off as well as piles of grass clippings left. Inside their was light coverings not in place but set on the table and the……

“The place was hard to find. Door was not marked from the road or parking area. Once inside everything was dungy, dirty and falling apart. The beds were just a small foam mattress on an iron frame, very uncomfortable with no extra blankets or even enough towels for the 5 of us. We ended up NOT staying!! Sad little apartment that just needs a good cleaning, some upkeep/updated and TLC ”
