“This place was massive. Huge living area and kitchen. Couch was really comfortable (I know I wouldn’t usually review a couch it was that good). We were a large group of 11 with teens kids and adults and it worked out well. Property has some wear and tear that you would expect from a rental but overall it was clean and everything was in working order. Blake the property manager was excellent. “We had an amazing time in Nashville! the only reason why i give 4 stars for location would be if you wanted to be able to walk to downtown. we took ubers and lyfts which could get pricey. Although the property was clean and had everything you could need even including a little gift basket with some chips, water and wine! Towels and sheets were so conveniently included! “It was a great apartment to stay at and easy to get into. There is a garage that’s nice to have if you get a rental car. The only feedback I could think to give is that one of the rooms I guess extends or opens to the outdoors (not sure because I’m not familiar with operating a camper) but it wasn’t properly shut. “This property is a very small ‘older’ home in a very quiet neighborhood. The owner provided all necessities needed (rare). The fenced backyard was large and nice. The only issue I had was that the trash can was not brought to the curb (animal made a mess). Life happens. I cleaned it up and took it to the curb and it was picked up next day.
