In July and August, upon request from the owner and depending on weather conditions: private land on the banks of the Charente River for fishing and picnicking, about 2 km away, shared with the other gîte.

Heating: pellet stove at an additional cost (15 kg bag of pellets = €12.50) + electric heaters (electricity to be paid as a fixed price).
