Sacramento Country Club Family Billiards Hotels

"Upon driving up to property. I normally drive around to see any other entrances to get into the hotel because the front parking is packed. Only one entrance at this location. This is my second stay with this hotel but different location. Property doesn’t have balconies which is a plus. Nice that the property had us sign a form detailing our car if anything did happen. The Folsom location didn’t offer that. This hotel seemed popular, seen many people here. Entering the room it was outdated but wasn’t bothering me. Kitchen wasn’t filled with all amenities needed as the Folsom location. The bathroom sink was leaking. If putting toilet paper in toilet it won’t properly flush so had to throw in garbage instead. Lighting was very minimal. And if a room states 5 can be occupied but only have 2 chairs? That’s not fair. Vents were dusty as well as the pictures and bed frame. Found a suspicious candy stuck on the wall. The shower tub floor made noise while stepping on it. The shower head was not clean the shower caddy holding the liquid was not clean. It doesn’t make sense that the hand soap dispenser is right above the electrical outlet. The worst part is the bed! Hard, made noise and uncomfortable. Will not be making a reservation here again."

"The host was excellent to communicate with. Anytime i sent an inquiry, they responded quickly. Instructions was very clear from the time prior to check-in to checking out.the home was more that what it advertised for, all the rooms were clean, kitchen had the standard supplies and the outdoor was spectacular. "

"Cottage was fantastic, with everything we needed! We were happy that our cat was welcome. Great communication with Sally. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The room was good, and had no concerns there. The only issue was that the fire alarm kept going off. It lasted about 20–25 minutes and occurred around 2 a.m."

"This place smelled like an old casino, carpets and walls stained with old stale cigarette smells. Part of our counter was missing, there were blown out outlets that were not usable. Constant noice and parking lot activity from hotel residents throughout the night. Front staff was unprofessional and rude. I’d stay away from here at all cost. We had two nights booked, but only ended up staying one and stayed elsewhere for the last night."
