Everyone I encountered was pleasant, actively working, they were helping each other, picked things up off the ground that were dropped in both parking lot and lobby when they passed through and could have easily just kept going, held doors open… lots of little things just added up with regard to service. "The hotel is awesome but the staff really make the experience pleasant. We felt at home from the minute we walked through the front door. There is plenty of free parking and the area is close to a beautiful park. The breakfast is open to 10:00 AM which means I don’t have to set an alarm to get up and have some food. Rinn checked us in and kept a close watch to make sure we had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Andrea took over and was also super helpful and always with a big smile! Overall a wonderful experience"

The host was so easy to communicate with and even reached out to us with a concern right off when our reservation was flagged for clarification instead of canceling our reservation! We will definitely be staying here again when in the area. Very convenient to nearby shopping and restaurants. Also close to Cedarville University!"
