“Air Condition didn't work and stayed at 82-84 degrees entire stay. Trash on back balcony not removed from previous unknown amount of people staying there. Refund asked for in part (25) but not given despite owner saying he'd review with team. Hopefully fixes are made and someone better manages the property, because the person of contact has hired help that is letting things go unfixed.”

“The host was very reachable, the area was very quiet, right on the river for a nice rustic getaway. The home has a cabin feel. ”

“Everything was amazing about our experience here. The only things we noticed was under the Shampoo Bottles were dirty. There was some scissors that had food on them put back in the cabinet. The Tea pot on the stove still had water in it. Other than those things which wasn't an issue to us and easy to clean!”

“Awesome place to stay while in St. Joe. Right in the heart of the historic party of St. Joe. Very Convenient. Very comfortable. It added to our St Joe experience. I highly recommend staying here.”

“Host was very responsive! Loved the loft room and the jacuzzi tub! The place was beautiful but older. Had some issues with the plumbing leaking, needs updated. Very dark getting in after sunset, you have to walk around to the back and not much light. They don't allow use of the laundry facilities unless you pay extra and then limited to 2 loads of laundry. I feel like that should have been stated on the site, not found out the day before checkin.”

“Very clean property, prompt responses from host, very well decorated and felt comfortable! The amenities were also wonderful! Very very clean, I want to emphasize that because I was incredibly impressed! We were able to check-in earlier than expected which was an amazing help for the event we were in town for, so we were able to get ready on time I don’t know when I’ll be back in St. Joseph, MO., but when I am, this is the ONLY place I plan to stay! Very convenient for travel, close to main……

“The host communicated well with us and very pleasant to work with! The house is older so having some flaws is expected. We made memories with our friends and our dogs (absolutely love that it is pet friendly with no extra fees!). Very easy to get to and the sunroom would have been a great place to hang out if it wasn’t raining. ”
