The apartment was very clean, tidy and well serviced with lots of home comforts like tea, coffee and biscuits but perfect facilities to cook and to wash/iron clothes. 「I was going to let bygones be bygones but the owner just gave us a bad review as guests so I feel I must put forward our side of the story. After we checked out of the apartment the owner tried to get us to pay a big cleaning bill. We felt she was being unreasonable. We did have a small dog in the apartment that a friend brought over for a couple hours not knowing that pets are not allowed in the apartment. As soon as we found out the dog was not allowed the dog was removed and never return to...
