"This is an okay hotel, memory that it was better. Rooms, particularly bathroom, is very dated. Really good breakfast option. Nice staff. Walls are thin and could hear talking from other room. Seems hotel forgets they are selling a sleeping experience and sound proof rooms is the most critical part of this experience. Event on the Friday night and could hear the music from the function room. "

"Hotel was very clean and tidy, lovely atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and good quality! Bar menu for evening was a bit limited in terms of choice. Room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. The gym was average, could do with some modenisation and redecoration, it wouldnt take much to improve. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, the bus to the airport was great, very frequent and on time. The only thing was the room was far too warm, after setting the temperature lower it was still sitting arond 21oC and wouldnt reduce. Therefore we never got a good night sleep which was a bit dissapointing considering the amount of money we paid. I reported this the next morning and was told there was an issue with the HVAC, had we know this I'd have asked for a room with a window, so this was a bit of a dissapointment to find this out the next morning and not at time of arrival. Overall a great hotel to stay and highly recommended."

"Hotel felt very modern and spacious. One of the best standard rooms we’ve visited. Close enough to the main areas but not too close that you were surrounded by bars. Location could feel a little out of the way if you were travelling on your own and there was a bit of building work going on next door but that didn’t disrupt our stay. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but there were lots of options just 5 min walk away."

"Rooms were clean and stocked up. Staff were very helpful especially Daniel at reception. Location is perfect for Airport buses stop 2 mins away. Just one suggestion Ritual amenities are good could have a body lotion. "
