"This is a modern hotel which looks good from the outside, but we found it seriously lacking in a number of areas. First, we stayed for three days, but our room was never cleaned at all. I thought it was an oversight after the first night, but the second night the housekeeping staff was again a "no show." We told the front desk, and of course they profusely apologized. But cleaning a hotel room should be automatic each day! Two days in a row of neglect is serious. We also left our tray of used dishes in the hallway, and they stayed there all day.
We also found the restaurant to be significantly understaffed. Large groups were in the hotel while we were there, but the wait staff was minimally staffed at best. We waited a long time before even ordering. The food was OK, but again they should have been properly staffed for the amount of guests they had. Management was clearly not prepared for them.
One other item: I went down to check out the pool the first night, and it was closed for no apparent reason. All in all, this hotel was a big disapointment."
