“The couches were worn out, which was different from the listing. The hot water wasn’t turned on when we got there and we had to wait until the next day to shower. But other than that it was a great stay, and very family friendly.”

“We spent three weeks at this property. We wanted a place that allowed us to see the sights and had easy access to grocery shopping. The property was exactly as described and very comfortable. The one suggestion I would have for the property was better lighting in the upstairs area. We enjoy reading and a bit more or brighter lighting would have helped. Otherwise the stay was perfect - plenty of parking, comfortable sleeping and well stocked kictchen. The nearby pub was lovely and it was easy to……

“I had no clue when I booked the room how close it would be to everywhere we wanted to go. It was a great space very well appointed. We had everything we needed and anything we needed was within walking distance. The host was very communicative of everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.”

“Wonderful place to be based for a trip to Ireland. Loved the private beach, the views of the lake, fishing on the lake, and of course the donkeys! Enjoyed lots of days out around Mayo and Sligo. Mary was a lovely host! Highly recommend the venue as place to enjoy in and of its self as well as base to go exploring! ”

“We loved The Snug. Stayed June 26-27. Nice sea views ; quiet, relaxing , well stocked ( byo toiletries) apartment with a washer dryer and dishwasher onsite. Great location - to visit Donegal, Killybegs( eat at the Marina Cafe) and to Slieve League Cliffs. Highly recommend. Grocery store in nearby Killybegs, the seaside fishing town.”

“This was a fun place to stay! Elspeth greeted us warmly when we arrived, check-in was easy, and communication was excellent. The property is gorgeous, with amazing views. The Snuggly Sheep hut was comfortable, with fun sheep-themed decor, and very well equipped for self-catering. The fact that it's on a working farm really adds to the experience - there are sheep and cows, as well as llamas, and a donkey, a pony, and a miniature horse to interact with. The hosts have several activities guests……
