“Todo muy bien, sólo que no sabíamos que era para estudiantes y que necesitaba carta de aceptación de la escuela, sólo iba de vacaciones por 4 días, pero se resolvió todo y mi estancia estuvo muy agradable. Gracias”

“A little bit showing it’s age and therefor shabby. Bits of wood falling off in the kitchen, sofa springs at the end of their life, fuse box buzzing annoyingly, water pressure low. But then there were things that were just poor. Poor design, thoughtless. Like TVs that are rediculously high on the wall, mirrors that are too low, shower doors so big so that its a pain to get in and out of the bath, blackout curtains that don’t actually blackout because they have been mounted poorly and let in……

“Staff are extremely helpful and are contactable at any time. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. Perfect location for any thing you want to do while staying in Dublin.”

“I liked the location, the kitchenette with a washer,dryer, and dishwasher. The staff was great with communication throughout our stay. The bed in the bedroom was terrible. You could feel the spring in the mattress and it sagged in the middle. I requested a resolution and they just put a couple of duvets on top. It didn't help. The unit wad hot, so we had to open the windows. In doing so the traffic and bird noise was horrible. I only got 6 hours sleep over 2 nights. I informed the host of the……

“There was no sound proofing in the bedroom making it impossible to sleep. Mold on shower ceiling.”

“Location is amazing - just that the street is noisy so be prepared to hear noise all night and early in the morning. The place was clean. We had some issues and they were addressed by the property manager the same day.”

“Good location even though it was quite hard to locate at first, some signage above the door would be useful as it was just a door with keypad on the side and took us a long time to local. Apartment was nice but run down in areas and could do with a bit of a refurb. Peeling paint and blackold in Bathroom. Also a struggle if you're not walking able as the stairs leading in are very steep and many 3 flights. No lift, we struggle getting suitcases up and down. Very noisy at nighttime on the street,……

“Overall, the accommodations were adequate. There were just a few issues: 1. The dishwasher leaked on the first day of use -- we were required to wash the dishes by hand for the remainder of the trip. 2. Cleaning services were only offered once during our 8 day/7 night stay, and we weren't told what day it would occur. We were not prepared to vacate and therefore our apartment was not cleaned during our stay. 3. The hot water supply did not seem adequate for our family -- we were constantly……
