Like TVs that are rediculously high on the wall, mirrors that are too low, shower doors so big so that its a pain to get in and out of the bath, blackout curtains that don’t actually blackout because they have been mounted poorly and let in...

「I liked the location, the kitchenette with a washer,dryer, and dishwasher. The staff was great with communication throughout our stay. The bed in the bedroom was terrible. You could feel the spring in the mattress and it sagged in the middle. I requested a resolution and they just put a couple of duvets on top. It didn't help. 「Location is amazing - just that the street is noisy so be prepared to hear noise all night and early in the morning. The place was clean. We had some issues and they were addressed by the property manager the same day.」

The dishwasher leaked on the first day of use -- we were required to wash the dishes by hand for the remainder of the trip. 2. Cleaning services were only offered once during our 8 day/7 night stay, and we weren't told what day it would occur.
