“Was only 8klms to go back into town for dinner but the breakfast at the cottage was amazing”

“Great”

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were very impressed with the overall experience. We had two rooms, and both were spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The hotel truly exceeded our expectations and offered more than we would typically expect from a 4-star hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel genuinely cared for and were always happy to assist with any questions or requests. They also gave us wonderful……

“From the moment you pull in the driveway you get a sense of calm. The landscape is absolutely stunning. You are greeted at the door by one of the owners. They show you around then take you upstairs to your room. The decor was very calming and having its own bathroom in your room is a great bonus. Breakfast was made to order and prepared by o e of the owners as well. These 2 men have created a BnB that they should be extremely proud of. If we ever come back to this part of Ireland, we will 100%……

“We were on a farm so surrounded by beautifulcountryside. The breakfast was great and just a short drive from Thomastown. The host's were lovely”

“This place is absolutely magical! The property is enchanting, the hostess fascinating and the breakfast out of this world! The shepherd’s huts are so charming, I guess you could call it “glamping”? The one thing I would say is that my knees aren’t great and I found the steps to the huts a little tricky, so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues, but other than that it’s a 10 out of 10! I wish I could have stayed longer.”

“Stayed for one night in the family room with my two children. The room was spacious, even with a double bed and two singles. The en suite was spotless. There were plenty of spare toilet rolls, as well as shower gel and handsoap. The room also had tea and coffee making facilities, a bottle of drinking water, and a lovely touch of a little selection of fudge sweets. There was a safe and hairdryer in the wardrobe. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. It was lovely and quiet throughout……

“Although we had a coffee machine and kettle in the room, there was also a fully equiped (shared) kitchen available for us to use. The breakfast was fantastic.”

“Excellent room with an excellent breakfast to start the day. Phyllis and TJ were excellent hosts very friendly and helpful. Thank you for sharing your home with us”

“Nice place but after 10 or 11 at night the owners really don't any noise what so ever..if you want to go for a night out and come back late or want to watch TV late or go out after 11 for cigarette.. you'll be approached by either Avery or Niamh and basically told keep it down so I felt uncomfortable during my stay and wouldn't return..stayed 4 days and the room wasn't serviced once..I had to go downstairs and ask for more toilet roll..towels which is unacceptable ”

“Liebevoll eingerichtet mit kleinen Annehmlichkeiten wie zB einer XBox auf dem Zimmer oder einer (für alle Besucher gleichermaßen nutzbare) Küchenzeile mit Kochplatte und Mikrowelle wie einer Ecke mit Büchern und Gesellschaftsspielen. Tolle Lage direkt in der Natur und Abseits von städtischen Trubel. Dazu liebevoll zubereitets und üppiges Frühstück. Wir waren wirklich gerne hier.”

“Lovely property in every way. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Pauline, Chris, and their pups Penny, and Max were all wonderful hosts.”

“Very good location in city. Parking place in side of back yard (behind of gate), very good spacious and safety. Room for single was also spacious. Bathroom was nice. Bed was comtable, I sleep very well. Breakfast was good. Personnel in hotel was very friendly and helpful, I got plenty of good information of city.”

“Lovely place very friendly would recommend it and will return”

“What a charming bed and breakfast! First the friendly staff makes you feel very welcomed to start. Then the clean comfortable spacious room and the lovely bed makes you feel home. And they immediately refresh you with some tea and cake soon after your arrival. The breakfast was lovely, and the swing on the front, the trail behind the house... All wonderful! I also ordered the picnic for the hike, and it had enough to feed four for just the two of us. I would definitely recommend.”

“Tres bon accueil. Agreable maison, bien décorée dans la salle à manger. Une propriétaire tres gentille, serviable, plein de de petites attentions pour nous. Merci Anne-Marie pour cet agreable sejour !”
