“This is a very well decorated comfortable cabin/house. The only problem we had was the bathrooms. Because of our age they were not easy to use. Also the jet flyovers were very loud. A walk in shower in the guest bathroom and taller toilets would be a good improvement.”

“This is a self-help apartment. It was very expensive. We were afforded no early check in, even though we far in advance notified them that we had a complicated situation. As a result, because we were at an event, could only check in late. Check out is at 10AM, which is an obnoxious, creeping habit of hotels and air b and b's. It does not take six hours to clean a unit. Also, the stay requires a download of an app, but we did not receive check in information (just an email with a broken link) so……

The shower wall had soap residue running down it and the shower shelves had hair, dust and soap build up. the pillow and sheets had hair on them. The fridge had crumbs on the shelves and there were cockroaches in the kitchen. The dining table had dried on food. The closet shelves had hair and dust on them. the ”

“3rd annual girls trip here, loved everything as usual. Plenty of amenities and great place to relax and get away. Got to see Orcas and a Humpback whale this trip. Very special and unique place to stay. Frequent flyer discounts would be amazing. ”
