"Having visited in the 4th week of April 2025, it was a vibrant spring floral experience at the Island Park Garden. The villa is on a hill and from the balcony it is over-looking the pine trees and the bay. We loved the peaceful and idyllic atmosphere. The Japanese dinner and breakfast was delicious and the friendly and courteous staff-they were able to converse in simple English made our stay memorable. "

I picked this hotel because it locates very close to the outlet. If you are not driving, it may not be the ideal location for you. "

"The location is a bit confusing because there is another ZONK just around the corner, it is also called Haruyoshi. It took me some time to figure out I went to the wrong ZONK.
The staff at the front desk seems not good at English, I asked for a free parking lot, but staff keep asking me for my passport (he thought I wanted to check in…)

"今回３度目の宿泊。ピアスのキャッチなど落ちており踏んでしまいました。清掃などは毎回不満があります。その他 は全体的にキレイでした。また、シャワーヘッドが壊れており、洗面所、キッチンからはお湯が出ませんでした。電話し、迅速な対応を受けましたが、なおらず空き部屋もない事から、お風呂に入ることは出来ませんでした。ただ返金対応や丁寧な謝罪でとても良かったです。
今回は101でしたがエレベーター前で毎回他の客の声が響きわたり気になりました。"
