This hotel is a scam. My receipt showed a total of 490 euros, but they mentioned that the amount would change when I checked in. So, I booked and was surprised when they charged me 124 euros immediately. I called them and sent them messages, but they didn’t respond. Then, I contacted Expedia, and they informed me that the amount would be deducted from the total when I checked in. When I went to the hotel, I was shocked to find that they charged the full amount without any deduction. When I asked about the initial amount they charged me, they said it would be refunded to my bank account after 3-5 business days from checking out. It’s been almost 30 business days, and I’ve tried to contact them, but they haven’t responded. My advice is to never book with this hotel.

J’ai passé un très agréable séjour ! L’emplacement est vraiment idéal, au cœur du 16e arrondissement, avec le métro à proximité ainsi que plusieurs restaurants, commerces et une pharmacie, ce qui rend les déplacements et le quotidien très faciles. Le personnel est également très gentil, accueillant et arrangeant. On s’y sent rapidement à l’aise, dans une ambiance calme et agréable. Mon séjour s’est tellement bien passé que j’ai finalement décidé de prolonger d’une nuit ! Je recommande vivement cet établissement et j’y retournerais sans hésiter lors d’un prochain séjour à Paris.

Staff and the neighborhood were great but this hotel is very run down and very dated. There is a strange smell in the hallways and rooms and the air quality isnt very good, I had to keep my windows open. The rooms are very old with old carpeting and decor. Other options in the same neighborhood offer a lot more for similar price, this is a 3 or 2 star hotel.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, we had connecting rooms, one of which overlooking the Eiffel Tower. Rooms weren't massive but good for a city hotel. Great location and the staff were fantastic. Highly recommended. We certainly will use again when in Paris
