“Freezing cold apartment. You could see your breath (heating not on and had not been in for some time). Fridge not working. We had to sleep in our clothes. The joke of this is that they are trying to bill us €50 for leaving the apartment dirty. (After we complained). We would like to see the photos for this damage. Disgusting. We will take up with Expedia.”
