The stay was very nice and the property itself was exceptional. There were a few issues on the margins, however. The hot water was inoperable for the first night of our stay which was not ideal after a long journey - nor was the wifi working when we arrived. Whilst the property was very well cleaned and appointed, it was missing some basic items, such as tea towels, potholders, and other seemingly essential kitchen items. The boot heaters in the ski lockers did not work, which meant needing to bring our boots in every night and, whilst this was not the fault of the property, the escalator down from the chairlift being inoperable was a major inconvenience. We also were disappointed that the hot tub was not working as advertised.
